Canopy / How it works
From request to booked.
An AI assistant asks for a visit. Canopy checks it against your rules, offers a real open time, and books it only after the customer confirms by code.
01 / Six steps
From an assistant’s request to a booking in your calendar.
Every step has one owner. Only one step needs a person: the customer entering their code.
The sequence
Request
A customer asks an AI assistant, or uses your Canopy booking page, to book a visit. The request carries the job, the address and a preferred time.
- Who acts
- The customer, through an assistant or your booking page.
- What you see
- Nothing yet.
- What stops it
- Assistant channels are not live yet. See the status table.
02 / Who does what
You run the jobs. We run Canopy.
Canopy is an operated pilot. Copp Oak sets it up, runs it and answers for it. Your part is the work you already do.

Copp Oak
03 / Connections
Listed by status. Never “works with” early.
Each assistant channel, calendar and job system is shown as live, sandbox or in preparation. A status changes only after we’ve verified it.
Questions
How it works, plainly.
What if the customer never enters the code?
Nothing is booked. The held time goes back to your calendar.
Where do bookings show up?
In the calendar or job system you already use, with the customer’s details and the job.
Does Canopy choose which business gets the job?
No. Canopy does not rank operators. It handles the booking once a customer has chosen you.
